Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchange claims must be initiated within 7 days after your item is delivered. Items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition they were received. Band & Waggin reserves the right to deny a claim if the item does not comply with our policy.

To initiate a return or exchange for an item, please send us an email at bark@bandandwaggin.com or fill out the form here. Once you have contacted us, we will give you instructions on how to mail your item back. 

Once the item has been received and inspected your claim will be processed. If you are due a refund, you will be refunded the cost of your item and any applicable sales tax. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, within 4 business days.

During return or exchange shipping, the item is the responsibility of the customer until we have received it. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during the return or exchange shipment process. For your ease of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

In addition, the customer is responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs.

Please note, all sales are final for custom or personalized products, items purchased on sale, and international orders.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Otherwise, you will need to wait until the item is received and then follow the return and exchange process outlined above in order for any changes to be made.

If purchasing internationally, you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be associated with your purchase. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
